Description:
The subject of the public contract is to complement and expand the contracting authority used by the personnel and wage information system called VEMA, the manufacturer is Seyfor, as, IČO 01572377, with its registered office at Drobny 555/49, Ponava, 602 00 Brno ("Manufacturer").and a service called "Mobile Paycheck" (hereinafter referred to as "VEMA and" Mobile Payroll service ")).
The subject of this contract is the delivery of the VEMA applications below, including the provision of authorization to exercise the right to use the VEMA application (providing a license or sub -license) in the range of 880 pcs processedPersonal numbers (permanent licenses) and to the extent of flexible licenses of the contracting authority, which are provided to it to a maximum extent of 200 pieces of monthly licenses within each one year, and including services related to their updates and service support, and further mobile servicePaycheck consisting of making the payroll of the contracting authority to the contracting authority in the mobile application or by e-mail.
