- The subject of the public order is the addition and modification by the contracting authority of the software of the personnel and payroll information system called VEMA, its manufacturer is the company Seyfor, a. s., IO 01572377, with registered office Drobnho 555/49, Ponava, 602 00 Brno (according to the manufacturer only), for which the applicant software VEMA, and that is about the VEMA application with the name of the Employer's Uniform Vocabulary (according to the VEMA application only). The subject of this order is the daily VEMA application, including the provision of authorization to perform the first use of the VEMA application (provided license or sub-license) in the scope of 880 pieces of processed personal sel (permanent licenses) and in the scope of the contractor's flexible licenses, which are available to him in the maximum range of 200 multiple licenses in the course of each year, including services associated with their updates and the provision of service support. The expected value of this general contracts determined by the procedure according to 16 et seq. of the law. 134/2016 Coll., on the award of public contracts, in the form of a later regulation (according to ZZVZ only) and 250,000 K without VAT. The expected value of the fulfillment of all public orders, which together with this public order form a functional unit, in the sense of 18 paragraphs 1 and 2 ZZVZ 3,320,090 K without VAT.
