Description:
The subject of the public contract is the supply of ozone purifiers and their installation in the buildings of contracting authority No. 1 and contracting authority No. 2. In accordance with § 35 ZZVZ, the public contract is divided into 2 parts, while part 1 of the public contract represents performance for contracting authority No. 1 on address Praskova 411/14 in Opava and part 2 publicof the contract represents fulfillment for the contracting authority No. 2 at the address Gustava Kliment 493/3 in Ostrava Poruba.
The detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the annexes to the tender documentation.
