Description:
The subject of the fulfillment of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "VZ") is the supply and introduction of the system for administration and audit of ISMS, management and registration of assets, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, related risks and mitigation measures. This system must enable effective and safe control of cyber threats andvulnerability, risk assessment and implementation of mitigation measures. It also includes mapping of relationships between these elements and the creation of reports. The system must be in accordance with the principles of cyber security according to ISO/IEC 27001: 2022, ISO/IEC 27002 and NIS2.
System function and procedures must ensure compliance with theseRequirements and also with an implementing decree on the new draft Cyber Security Act (Decree on the security measures of the Provider of Regulated Services in the higher obligations) pursuant to Section 8 of the Asset proceedings, Section 9 of Risk and Annexes 1, 2 and 3 of this Decree.
