- General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the delivery of 1 new vehicle for waste collection in Budišov nad Budišovka. In accordance with the provision of Government Regulation No. 173/2016 Coll., on the establishment of binding award conditions for public contracts for procurement of road vehicles, the contracting authority, when determining the basic conditions for a public contract, the subject of which is the procurement of road vehicles of category N1, N2, N3, M1, M2 or M3, will take into account the energy and ecological impacts under the conditions set by this regulation operation of vehicles during their lifetime. In the case of awarding a public contract for the supply of vehicles of categories N1, N2, N3, M1, M2 and M3, the contracting authority shall specify in the tender documentation a reference to the EURO emission limits according to Annex No. 1 to this regulation, unless the requirement to meet the higher standard of EURO emission limits. The subject of performance is the delivery of a category N2 vehicle. The client requires the delivery of a vehicle in emission class EURO 6e. The contracting authority requires the delivery of a vehicle meeting the technical parameters listed in Appendix No. 3 hereof document - Technical specification.
