- The subject of the public contract is the supply of HW and SW solutions in the range:
1) Performance extension and ensuring the redundancy of the collection and work with logs.
2) Delivery of the tool for detecting security threats and network level problems that will ensure their forensic analysis.
3) Services related to delivery Subject of performance vz.
4) Standard operation support for 60 months.
In such a way as to ensure the client's readiness for the legal obligations arising from the NIS2 Directive (Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2022/2555 of December 14, 2022 on measures to ensure a high common level of cybernetic Security in the Union and on the abolition of Directive (EU) 2016/1148 (NIS 2)).
Part of the performance are services associated with delivery, installation and configuration, setting and consolidation and integration of the subject of delivery and its future operation in the technological environment of the contracting authority.
The delivery must also include processing Target concept and training of operators (administrators) of the contracting authority.
The fulfillment of the public contract also includes standard warranty support to the scope according to the requirements specified in the technical specification for all SW licenses, services and work according to the conditions of the contract for the provision of operational support.
