Description: The subject of filling is the supply of promotional items to promote the Ústí Region in the period 2022 - 2024. \ t The purpose of this public contract is the selection of the sole supplier (hereinafter referred to as "Selected Supplier") within the meaning of Section 131 of the Act for the conclusion of the Framework Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "RD") for each part of the procurement, for the period from the date of acquisition of the effectiveness of the RD to 31. 12. 2024.
The selected supplier will be invited to conclude implementing contracts (hereinafter referred to as "PS") on the basis of the Closed RD (hereinafter referred to as "PS") to the specific supplies of advertising subjects. In each PS on the implementation of a public contract on the basis of Rd, the specifications of the subject of performance will be negotiated.

Advertising items will be carried by the logo according to the request of the Client (contracting authority), the form will be selected according to the material and agreement (engraving, laser, transfer, tampotist, screen printing, embroidery, etc.), whereby the logomanual will provide the contracting entity with selected suppliers. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of changing the logomanual during the performance of the public contract.
