The subject of the performance of the VZ is to ensure counseling activities pursuant to § 105 para. a) of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., On Employment, as amended for applicants and job seekers and participants of rehabilitation.
Advisory activities are focused on job search and other activities Particularly aimed at employing natural persons on the labor market, usually combine various pedagogical, social psychological and consulting approaches and forms of work with participants in consulting activities such as group or individual work, presentations, discussions, skills training, role playing, provision Feedback, etc.
VZ is in accordance with Section 35 of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On Public Procurement, as amended, divided into 3 parts: balance diagnostics, work is my goal - comprehensive counseling program, financial literacy - consulting program.
Balance diagnostics (hereinafter also "BDG") as The consulting tool using comprehensive professional diagnostic methods is aimed at optimal use of the ability and potential of man in their work.
