CONSULTANCY AND PROCESSING OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES FOR THE NEW DVORY, HORNI POČERNICE, DOLNI POČERNICE, PALMOVKA PROJECTS
(nature and quantity of works, supplies or services or indication of relevant needs and requirements) Public contract for services, simplified sub-limit procedure according to § 53 according to ZZVZ. Subject: PublicThe contract is to provide consultancy and processing of environmental studies for Projects of the Prague Development Company, a contribution organization (PDS) in the locations of Nove Dvory, Dolni Počernice, Horni Počernice, Palmovka. Consulting and Environmental studies for individual Projects will include - Simulaassessment and assessment of wind flow within the area under consideration, draft recommendations; - Simulation and evaluation of solar radiation within the addressed area, proposal of recommendations; - Simulation and evaluation of lighting, shading and user comfort of the main public spaces, proposal of recommendations; - A study of the amount of precipitationof water, draft recommendations For individual projects (i) Nove Dvory project (ii) Horni Počernice project (iii) Dolni Počernice project (iv) Palmovka project
