- The basic purpose of the Agreement is the proper and smooth provision of transport services by public services in the transport of passengers by public line transport of part of the territory of the Liberec Region in the area/in the section Prague Mlada Boleslav Jičin Jilemnice Špindlerův Mlyn; Prague Mlada Boleslav Turnov Jilemnice Semily Špindlerův Mlyn in the sense of Section 3, paragraph 2 of the ZVS, namely on sections in the territory of the Liberec region (or with the consent of the neighboring region also in the territory of the neighboring region) and to the extent specified by the Agreement. Expected start and duration of the contract or time limit for completion: From the start of validity jof the 2020/2021 timetable until the end of the 2023/2024 timetable. Duration in months: 48 months. On the basis of this notification, it is possible to conclude one general or even several contracts on the obligation of public service in the transport of passengers by public road transport.
