Description:
The subject of fulfillment of the awarded public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement") is the services of providing the services of support and development of the program equipment of the uniform contact point for the inventory and solving of the incidents, requirements and management of the services of the existing solution while ensuring the Central connection Servicedesk with Servicedes Services of the Services Services (program equipment), ie especially the following services:
• Maintenance of software:
Opponation of new versions of the system and repair patch,
Opoting regular prophylaxis of software
• Basic support
Opoting Helpdesk and Hotline including basic technical support
DOCULATIONS
Single -related problems related to software, application logos analysis
ooptimizing the performance of the application and the infrastructure load
ogaance reaction time in dealing with requirements
ogaance to resolve a failure
seed Exit associated with the final termination of the provision of services under the contract and consisting of preparation and handing over the application to the new Provider
• Development of software
OROZVOJ services for boroughs, city organizations, contributory and budget organizations
