• Agreement on the support, development and maintenance of the OKbase of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic The contracting authority requires the provision of support, maintenance and development of the existing personnel information system of the contracting authority, operated on the OKbase platform, including the provision of technical support services, updates, implementation of legislative changes and expert advice for users. The performance of a public order includes in particular: • providing technical and application support for the system, including regular system updates, analysis and resolution of incidents and operational requirements interoperability that requires changes, knowledge of source code, configuration and knowledge of the system and its architecture • ensuring updates of OKbase in accordance with the currently valid and effective versions of relevant legal regulations (e.g. in the field of labor law, currently under discussion is the proposal for the issuance of the Act on the Legal Relations of Civil Servants in Ministries and Other Administrative Authorities, the Act on Civil Servants) including the correction and optimization of individual functions and adjustments related to changes in legal regulations in the form of delivery of a new version of the software • provision of project management services, including management of relevant project documentation and project management, which includes in particular quality management and change management, and methodical project management in cooperation with by the contracting authority and according to its requirements for the entire period of validity of the Contract •fulfilment of security requirements so that the system complies with cyber regulations and information security, and the implementation of recommendations Digital i...
