- Buying new, unused and unused summer and winter tires and discs, for passenger, van vehicles, minibuses, trucks and special company vehicles that are in the records of the SHNM, based on the supplier's completed quotation. And discs that will be attached to a contract with a supplier who will submit the most economically advantageous offer. - the contracting authority chose the criterion of evaluation of the lowest bid price including VAT; - a framework agreement for the purchase of assets will be concluded with the selected supplier; - The contract will be fulfilled on the basis of partial orders of the Client during the duration of the contract.
