- By the end of 2025, the client intends to build a new generation information system for the registration of museum collections registered in accordance with Act 122/2000 Coll., on the protection of museum collections, as amended. The need to build a new generation is mainly justified by the ongoing modernization of SWequipment of the Ministry of Culture and individual managers of collections of a museum nature, the resulting increase in the need for the scope and form of mutual electronic communication, but also the modernization of the concept and methodological standards.
The subject of this VZ is an analysis of the current state, an analysis of needs and a detailed proposal of the new řsolving museum records, including the preparation of documents for the implementation of subsequent public contracts.
The subject VZ is divided into seven, interrelated, sub-parts:
1.processing of business analysis of the current state
2.presentation of the vision of the target state (in variants);
3.processing of technologicalarchitecture, including the design of HW platform and system SW;
4.processing of detailed technical specifications of the target solution;
5.processing of business architecture;
6.processing of application and data architecture;
7.processing of tender documentation and OHA forms and consulting activity.
