For the purposes of the relevant departments of Šumperk a.s. Pursuant to the detailed specification of the subject of performance contained in Annex 4 ZD - Technical Specifications and under the conditions set out in other Annexes to this tender documentation, especially in Annex 5 ZD - Purchase Agreement.
