- The subject of the public order is the supply of an angiographic device. The delivery will include: • transport, assembly, installation, • briefing according to § 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Coll., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as amended later regulations, •initial acceptance test or measurement of scattered radiation according to Act No. 263/2016 Coll., Atomic Act, as amended, • initial electrical revision of a permanently installed medical device according to ČSN EN 33 1500 Z3, •technological project for building modifications of premises incl. air-conditioning systems, and further construction modifications of the premises to accommodate the device specified in the ZD/agreement, • handing over documents that relate to the delivered goods according to the KS. The detailed technical specification is given in Annex No. 1 Tender documentation (Technical specification). The device must meet the minimum technical conditions specified by the client in the technical specification. If there is the term "option" in the tender documentation as part of the technical specification, it is understood as such a requirement for a device that can be used as requested by the client, i.e. without additional financial investment, in any form (purchase, upgrade, service, etc.). Therefore, the supplier cannot only offer readiness for use as part of this requirement this option. Within the listed technical parameters, for parameters that are not defined, the max., min. or range, a deviation of +/- 10% from the required fixed value is allowed, provided that the stated medical purpose must be maintained, i.e., ...
