Description:
The subject of the public contract is the restoration of angiolinka in the hybrid operating room No. 6 for the clinic of cardiovascular surgery. Disposal, for installation and installation of newAngiolines and minor building modifications of the affected rooms unrelated to the installation of the system,
- in the supply of new angiolinka in accordance with the requirements set out in the technical specification, which forms Annex 4 of these ZP, its installation and commissioning and ensuring subsequent service (warrantyand post -warranty) angiolines
under conditions and to the extent defined in these ZP, incl. all attachments. Angiolinka on Hos - Hall 6

- in the realization of the necessaryBuilding and other modifications needed to dismantle the old device and its transport, incl. Disposal, for installation and installation of new angiolinka and minor building modifications concerned unrelated to the installation of the system,
- in the delivery of new angiolinka in accordance with the requirements set out in the technicalSpecification, which consists of Annex 4 of these ZP, its installation and commissioning and
- in ensuring subsequent service (warranty and post -warranty) angiolinka
under conditions and to the extent defined in these ZP, incl. all attachments.supplies
