• The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework purchase agreement for the supply of medicinal products (hereinafter also "goods") according to the needs of the contracting authority. Classification of the subject of the public contract: CPV code: 33600000 - Medicinal preparations and medical devices Product specification and expected quantity of purchased goods in 4 years: - see Annex No. 1 Procurement documentation The contracting authority expressly points out that the expected quantity listed in Annex No. 1 is an aid for determining the bid price and will not be binding or a starting point for performance public contracts. The contracting authority will not be sanctioned for higher or lower consumption.
