Description:
The subject of the public order is the supply of antigen tests from saliva for the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid N antigen intended for self-testing of employees for the disease COVID-19 without the need for equipment. The test must meet the CE-IVD marking and the requirements according to Act 268/2014 Coll., on healthytechnical means, as amended, and meet other requirements as specified in the tender documentation. Based on the outcome of the procurement procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with at least one supplier and with a maximum of five suppliers for a period of 24 months from the entry into force of the framework agreement, oruntil the specified financial limit in the framework agreement is exhausted. If less than 5 bids are submitted in the procurement procedure or less than 5 bids meet the requirements established by law and the contracting authority, all participants whose bids meet these requirements will be selected for the conclusion of the framework agreement. Specific Mrlynching will be implemented through public contracts based on the framework agreement (mini-tenders), which will be awarded by a procedure with the renewal of competition between the participants of the framework agreement.
