• Description:
• The subject of the performance is the construction of a new recreation area - a park for seniors, 1st stage in Mladá Boleslav. The more detailed scope of the works is determined by the documentation for the assignment of construction works and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of measurements, which form Annexes No. 4 and 5 Calls for tenders and procurement documentation at the same time. The client also requires that the construction work does not disrupt the course of the planned events of the neighboring building of the cultural facility of the community center "Pluhárna". Annex No. 8 forms an overview of currently planned events Invitations to submit an offer and at the same time procurement documentation, the list of actions may expand during the implementation. This public order is co-financed by the Central Bohemian Region, the Statutory City of Mladá Boleslav and the Škoda Auto Foundation. Considering the fact that the subject of the performance is financed from several sources, and furthermore, taking into account the fact that the competitive prices of the performance deviate in the procurement procedures from the set expected value (both up and down), the contracting authority was forced to divide the subject of the performance into the main part and optional part, especially for the purpose of securing the financing of the given building. According to § 100 ZZVZ, the contracting authority therefore reserves the right to change the obligation from the contract to a public contract. The customer has the right to demand from the contractor additional work consisting of implementation gazebo P03 (without paving), island sitting area P04 and access stairs P27 listed in the floor plan as 554C.1B Park for seniors 1st stage - shot no.2. The price of these optional works will correspond to the awarded budget submitted by the selected supplier to the contracting authority procedure, while the budget will be attached to the work...
