Description:
The subject of the public contract is: -Physical supply of electricity to the offtake points (hereinafter referred to as the delivery) with the takeover of the obligation to remove electricity from the electricity system, - State Administration in Energy Security and on Amendments to Certain Acts (Energy Act), as amended and within the meaning of the Energy Regulatory Office Decree No. 408/2015 Coll. Energy Act, as amended and other implementing decrees to this Act, as amended, -Insurance of regulated access to transmission systems and distribution systems and provision of system services, -insurance of billing of regulated and unregulated components of electricity. Place Fulfillment: The supply points of the central contracting authority and entrusted contracting authorities pursuant to Article 2 of the tender documentation of the electricity point of electricity from the voltage levels of the NN in the total number of 71 and in the total amount of delivery for the period from 1.1.2026 to 31.12.2026 about 660 MWh.
