- The subject of the performance of this public contract is the development and construction of the prototype of the autonomous mobile filling station H2 under the conditions specified in the draft of the contract, which forms Annex 1 ZD "The draft contract" (hereinafter referred to as the "draft contract").
The supplier must respect binding and valid European and Czech when fulfilling the contract Technical standards and valid safety instructions.
The detailed specification of the subject of performance and the terms of its delivery is stated in the draft contract.
With regard to The subject of the Public Procurement and the need to deliver the subject of the public contract as a whole is not allowed partial performance. Distribution of Public Procurement into Part (partial filling) would not fulfill the principles of 3e and did not allow the participation of a wider circle of suppliers.
