- The subject of the public contract is the selection of a supplier for the performance of regular maintenance, inspection and service work, repairs and elimination of malfunctions on a set of equipment, which is described in detail in Annex No. 2 of the draft contract in the form of an inventory of AV technology (hereinafter referred to as "the set This maintenance mainly consists of regular inspections, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and other related activities to the extent of the draft contract and its annexes and in accordance with the operating regulations of the equipment manufacturers and legal regulations. At the same time, the selected supplier prepares all documents and revision reports for the serviced equipment. The supplier will further provide the client with continuous emergency services associated with the emergency intervention of a technician and, at the request of the client, will also remove malfunctions and provide repairs on a set of devices.
