- The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of the construction of the building of the technical background, which is divided into a bathroom with the office, heated and unheated workshop and premises for containers in the 1st floor layout.
From the main corridor part of the bathroom is accessible office, handy Warehouse, which is connected by a door to a workshop, a hygienic facility for men and women, a cleaning chamber, a dressing room with a shower and a utility room where the internal system unit of the heat pump is located. From the outdoor space is a separate entrance of the door to the heated and unheated workshops that are connected DOOR WITH STOCK AND SOCIAL FACTION. The spaces for containers are divided into three parts and from the front SV are open to the outdoor space. The containers will be stored in the containers until the processor, accessories to the tractor, container carrier Without the engine (trailer for the tractor) and storage of materials needed for the activity of the municipality (sand, aggregates, bag salt for winter maintenance). The object will be heated by air/water heat pump. Outdoor paved surfaces will be from mechanically reinforced aggregate (1,500 m2) and from interlocking paving (80 m2). The area will be newly fenced by plastic mesh (240 m).
