Description:
The subject of the Public Contract is the Provider's commitment to provide service support for the existing backup uninterruptible power supply sources for the Customer's ICT equipment (UPS and MTG) listed in Appendix No. 2 of the Binding Draft Agreement - List of uninterruptible power backup sources (hereinafter referred to as "Support").
Scopethe provision of Support consists of ensuring the following activities:
1.Service readiness:
a.continuous service emergency service in the mode of 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, more detailed specifications are given in Annex No. 3 of the Binding draft of the contract - Support Specifications,
2 .Prophylactic examinations:
a. 2 x yearthem carrying out prophylactic inspections of uninterruptible power supply backup sources - UPS. Including the supply of consumables necessary for the inspection, filters, cleaning agents, fuses, terminal blocks, etc., a more detailed specification is given in Appendix No. 3 of the Binding Draft Contract - Support Specifications,
b.2x annual performance of prophylactic inspections of backup sources of uninterruptible power supply - MTG, when the period of replacement of operational cartridges and filters will take place according to the manufacturer's recommendations, i.e. usually once a year or monthly (whichever occurs first), i.e. min. Twice a year performing the MTG start test - for the purposeem checks the machine whether it is capable of starting up in the event of an outage and does not show any improper conditions. Including the supply of consumables necessary for the inspection, filters, oil, coolant, cleaning agents, fuses, terminal blocks, etc., more detailed specifications are given in Appendix No. 3 of the Binding Draft Agreement...
