Description: The competition is to process the architectural design of a new building of the basic art school (hereinafter referred to as "ZuΕ‘") with a capacity of 1200 pupils for 4 disciplines - literary-dramatic, art, dance, musical. The subject of the competition can be realized on land owned by the Statutory City of Pardubice, Parc.Δ. 3716, ST.5668, 3677/1, V ΓΊ. Pardubice. In the range of solved territory, the proposal of a new building will also include an architectural solution of the adjacent school premises including urban and traffic ties and public areas of the housing estate. Part of the building design is a proposal for a school interior character.
The purpose and mission of the competition is to find and appreciate the most appropriate solution to the subject of the competition, which meets the requirements of the contracting authority contained in competition conditions and in competition documents, and select the participant (participants) with which the contracting authority to act on the subsequent contracts specified by competition conditions in the follow-up procedures without Publication in accordance with the provisions of Section 143 (2) and Β§ 65.
