Description:
The subject of the DLA is the removal of the arrester to the house from the terrace on the 5th floor of the apartment building. p. 2654 in Rokycanova Street in Pardubice. The concrete screed, which forms the catch layer of the terrace, shows inconsistency with the base and overall degradation of the screed. This leads to the arrest of rainwater in the terrace structure, which leads to the failure of the waterproofing layer under the screed. Even the clamping elements are mechanically damaged and the curlers are damaged by corrosion and do not fulfill their protective function. You will then arrive at the interior on the 4th floor. DLO will be carried out in the scope of the project documentation, prepared by the company HMP top s.r.o., registered office Jin 870, 500 03 Hradec Krlov; IO: 27502180, processed in 07/2026 under contract HMP2026-09-300.
