- The subject of the public contract is to perform construction work, which consists in the reconstruction of the balconies of the apartment building, when after removing the existing railing of the balconies, the balcony boards will be repaired, which will be equipped with new tiles, glazed railing and glazed side walls and front sliding sliding glazing. Photovoltaic panels will be used as a front glazing. The utility room will be set up and photovoltaic panels on the roof of the building will be installed.
