• The subject of the VZ is the processing of the update of the project documentation "Brno - barracks J. Babák - auditorium, engineering networks - construction of contract number 1425, processed in 2018-2019 by the design office Ateliér Velehradský s.r.o., Libušino údolí 203/76, 623 00 Brno", for the issuance of a valid permit for the construction plan "Brno - barracks J. Babák - auditorium, engineering networks - (hereinafter referred to as "PD") in the J. Babák military complex in Brno, in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., and implementing and related legal regulations, the Czech Defense standards No. 635001 (2nd edition) - Requirements for camera systems in security applications, No. 635002 - Requirements for electronic guard security devices, No. 635003 - Requirements for electronic access control (SKV), No. 635004 - Requirements for integrated safety management and supervision system, No. 635005 - Requirements for electronic perimeter systems and mechanical barrier systems and No. 635006 - Requirements for electronic fire alarm systems (EPS) - hereinafter together also "ČOS" and tender conditions the public contract on the basis of which this Agreement is concluded and its complete discussion for the purpose of PD approval, including the securing of a valid construction permit or other document on the construction plan permit by the contractor, updating the interior design and project construction, ensuring the author's supervision of the designer and ensuring the person of the OSH coordinator.
