• Description:
• Ensuring the performance of technical supervision of the builder and engineering activities (hereinafter referred to as "TDS") during the preparation and implementation of the construction "Brno - Perimeter" (hereinafter referred to as the "Construction"), before the start of the construction, during its implementation, as well as in the period after the completion of the Construction
  
  The subject of the Construction is the security of the prison perimeter as a wholelength of approx. 690 m, while the continuous detection of the movement of persons in the prohibited zone and attempts to overcome the entrance object and the entrance basket must be ensured.
  
  The use of microwave or dual barriers is expected, dual motion detectors will be added in areas beyond the reach of the barriers. By dual detthe area of ​​the entrance basket at the level of the roof structure will also be secured to prevent movement. In the area of ​​the entrance building, a detection system with shock sensors will be installed on the existing razor wire mesh located above the level of the building's roof, supplemented by dual motion detectors on the roof of the adjacent buildingvisits. Another technical solution of perimeter protection can be proposed, which will ensure the fulfillment of the required purpose of the IA. All proposed technologies must be supplied by at least three manufacturers and must be available on the market in the Czech Republic.
  
  The backbone cabling will be located in a trench made in the restricted zone, frod, new underground cable routes will be led to building III.C and IV.B and further through existing internal cable routes to technology room 2NE107 in building V.E. In order to save money in future excavation works, cuttings will be placed in one trench in the underground cable routeslevel protectors for future use (e.g. addition of a second perimeter protection system, new camera system, etc.). The backbone cabling will be made with singlemode optical cable with sufficient reserve for future additional systems. Low-current switchboards will be installed in the prohibited zone, into whichall sub-cabling from the detection elements will be routed, power supplies, converters, safety elements will be placed in these switchboards.
  The installed systems will enable remote configuration and diagnostics, the relevant HW and SW equipment will be part of the delivery. Part of the work will be the integration of newly installed dprotection elements into the existing PZTS system. All systems will be backed up in case of a 230 V power failure.
