• Description:
• The subject of the performance of the public order is services and construction work consisting of building modifications and extensions of the Sports and Relaxation Center in Prachatice using the Design & Build method. The performance of the public contract will be carried out according to the standards of the International Federation consulting engineers (hereinafter referred to as "FIDIC") Contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design and construction of electrical and mechanical-technological works and civil and engineering structures designed by the contractor (hereinafter referred to as "FIDIC YELLOW BOOK”). As part of the performance of this public contract, the selected supplier will ensure: a) processing of project documentation for changes to the building before completion, b) provision of engineering activities in connection with changes to the construction before completion, c) development of project documentation for the implementation of the construction (or other necessary stages of documentation) - modifications and additions to the Sports and Relaxation Center in Prachatice, d) own implementation of construction works and technological deliveries, including delivery and installation of interior elements, all within the scope specified in the tender documentation, e) carrying out copyright supervision during construction implementation in accordance with the requirements of the Building Act, f) drawing up documentation of the actual execution of the construction, g) securing the necessary documents and opinions of the relevant state administration bodies, submitting an application for the approval of all parts of the building, in cooperation with the Construction Manager, providing cooperation during the approval process and ensuring the approval of construction modifications and extensions of the Sports and Relaxation Center in Pr...
