• Description:
• The object, which is the subject of the order, is located in the existing premises of the kindergarten at Smetanova Street, no. 902, Vodňany. The building consists of three adjoined buildings, the buildings are brick with flat roofs ending in an attic. It is on the west side of the plot located the ground floor part of the building, where the existing operation of the kindergarten was preserved. The central part of the building is two-storey with an internal staircase, a third ground-floor building adjoins this building on the north side, which served as an entrance to the central part building and also as a space for a technical room. Construction modifications and change of use are taking place in the middle two-story building and also in the entrance ground floor. In the entrance ground-floor building, there will be a 2.np superstructure, the establishment of an elevator shaft and connecting existing operation in the 2.np central part. The ground-floor building, where the operation of the kindergarten is maintained, will only be insulated, there will be no internal changes to the layout. The existing plastic windows and existing doors will be preserved. The ground-floor building will be connected after construction modifications with a secondary building within the 1.np, where the operations of kindergartens will be connected.
