• Description:
• The subject of this general contract are the services of the contractor: - in the processing of project documentation for construction permitted by law. 283/2021 Coll., of the construction law, including later regulations (according to the construction laws), and the first regulations implementing the construction law, especially according to the exemption. 131/2024 Coll., on the documentation of buildings, including the later regulation (only according to the decree on the documentation of buildings), according to the decree. 169/2016 Coll., on the scope of the documentation of the public contract for construction work and the list of construction works, supplies and services with a statement of purpose, in the form of later regulations (according to decree on the specified scope of documentation) and performed related complex engineering activities, including posted cost of construction; - in the processing of documentation projects for the permitted death (according to DPZ only) in the manner, form and scope according to the Construction Act and, among other things, according to the decree on documentation buildings. It falls into the processing documentation of demolition works, if the planned construction requires the removal of a demolition object (demolition), which must be authorized in one way or another. In other related discussions, consent, consent opinions and decisions of other institutions and subject (e.g. determined traffic signs, decisions, opinions and consents submitted to the work of the Municipal Council, etc.) documentation. If the building is required to process any related documentation (e.g. porn-safety certificate, proof of energy efficiency, etc.) incl. obtaining the necessary consent and decision from the responsible entity. - in the processing of project documentation for the execution of construction (according to PDPS only) in the manner, form and scope according to the Construction Act and, among other things, according to the decree...
