• Description:
• The contract solves the selection of the contractor of construction work in the action "Building modifications of the building for the children's group Stražkovice". These are construction work, extension and superstructure of the original single -storey family house, which in the past served as a grocery store and as a shop and store of floor coverings. The building is in disrepair, unused and unkempt in the long term. The masonry of the building is partially disturbed by the insertion moisture, the roofing of the osink -cement wavals is partially damaged. The building is disconnected from the power supply and water source for a long time. The above -ground part of the whole building outside the northern The gable walls must be completely removed before starting work. When removing the roof covering from the Osink -cement boards, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the legal provisions. Construction work is related to the change in the use of the original building to a children's group for 12 children. This is Two -storey building covered with a saddle roof. The first floor is newly designed: entrance part, playroom with food dispensing, dressing room, bathroom for children, dressing room with soc. Facilities for nannies, side entrance with pram and staircase to the attic - II.NP. In the II.NP is a corridor, utility room, hallway, Office for nannies, toilet with bathroom and bedroom. The construction will include the enclosure - the retaining wall at the northern boundary of the land height of 1600 mm, separating the land of the children's group from the existing garden of the family house, covered terraces and paved areas, including areas for parking 2 cars, one of which one of which The parking space will be for immobile citizens.
