Description:
The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the building of the former morgue and the establishment of new outpatient clinics in this building according to the conditions of the tender documentation, in particular according to Annex 6 The tender documentation “Documentation for construction” of this tender documentation. The building of the former morgue is situated on the land of Mr. st. 10, k.ú. Kosmonosy, which is part of the Kosmonosy Psychiatric Hospital, with its registered office at Lípa 15, 293 06 Kosmonosy. (Note separate access to the building is also from Bradlecká Street). The contracting authority expressly points out the supplier that in accordance with the project documentation dated 30. 06. 2022 and according to the final building permit, the roof state of the building was resolved in advance in the 4th quarter 2023.
