Description:
The subject of the public contract is the construction work consisting of building modifications of the 1st floor of the Municipal Office building in Stárkov, which is under the supervision of state monument care. Building modifications enter new rooms: 102 (meeting room), 103 (doctor waiting), 104 + 105 (nurse - reception + dressing room). 106 (doctor's office) and 112 (utility room) including installations. The demolition work will not interfere with the load -bearing structures. Furthermore, the subject of the public contract of construction work consisting in building modifications carried out for the purpose of changing the method of using the neighboring existing garage on the boiler room. The building will include a new floor composition on the first floor, new plaster in the interior and exterior and a new automatic pellet boiler with a magazine, including all necessary installations and build a new stainless steel chimney.
