• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the provision of a construction management service, at least for the duration of the implementation of the construction work entitled Building alterations to the building at ul. Sokolská třída 1083/17, Ostravam, as well as the management of complaints within 24 months after the date on which it began to run warranty period for the construction work as a whole, to the extent specified in the Tender Documentation. The subject of the public contract are the following services (i.e. performance provided in the following positions): - Team Leader (Construction Manager), - Budget manager/price manager/Cost manager, - Technical supervision of the builder, - Construction environment technician - technical equipment specialization, - Construction environment technician - specialization in electrical equipment, - Occupational health and safety coordinator. Complete definition of performance within the individual positions is specified in the terms and conditions, which are attached to the Tender Documentation (text of the construction management contract). The building at Sokolská třída 1083/17, Ostrava is building F of the University of Ostrava, which is located in the city's heritage zone. The object is registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic under catalog number 1000118829 and is protected as a monument. Construction modifications will be implemented in accordance with the conditions set by the National Monuments Institute (NÚ). The total scope of construction is specified in project documentation for the implementation of the construction entitled "CONSTRUCTION MODIFICATIONS OF THE BUILDING AT UL.
