• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction modifications with a change of use from warehouse space to three residential units in a nursing home. The apartments will be 1 + kk located on the 2nd floor. Apartment No. 2 (rooms 200, 201, 202) and apartment No. 3 (rooms 300, 301, 302) with standard S120 ensures free handling space with a diameter of at least 1200 mm, these two apartments will be intended for clients of the nursing home. Apartment No. 1 (rooms 100, 101, 102) is an apartment unit intended for temporary accommodation of visitors or can serve as a background for the operational purposes of the community of unit owners (building manager, etc.). The entire supporting structure of the building is of brick character. In the place of the future apartment, there is an existing beamed ceiling, on which a dry floor will be created, and the walls will be formed plasterboard construction. These are construction works in accordance with the project documentation prepared by FP97 project s.r.o., Ing. Lukáš Černý, ID 07857420, responsible designer Ing.
