Description:
The subject of the public contract is to ensure the service of the construction management, at least for the duration of the construction work entitled Building Administration of the Faculty of the Faculty of Arts (part "D" and "DM", No. 1476, real 5).
The subject of the public contract is the following services:
- team leader (hereinafter referred to as the "Building Manager")
- Budget/Price Manager/Cost Manager (hereinafter referred to as the "Budget")
- Technical supervision of the builder (hereinafter referred to as "TDS")
- Technician of Building - Specialization Technical Facilities
- Technician of Building Environment - Electrical Engineering Devices
- Safety and health safety coordinator at work (hereinafter also "OSH Coordinator")
The complete definition of the fulfillment of individual positions is determined in the draft contract on the management of the construction, which is attached to the tender documentation.
The building D and DM is located in the Moravian Ostrava City Heritage Zone, declared by Decree of the MK ČR No. 476/1992 Coll., Of 10 September 1992. Part of the building Marking as DM is a declared cultural monument registered in the Central List of Cultural Monuments of the Czech Republic under the register number 12115/8-3315. The reconstruction will take place in accordance with the conditions of the National Heritage Institute and according to the conditions of the decision of the Regional Authority of the Moravian -Silesian Region, which affects Rorys' nests.
The total scope of the construction is specified in the project documentation for the construction of the construction called "OU FF, Part D and DM", processed 01/2018 by Marpo s.r.o., October 28 66/201, 709 00 Ostrava - Marianske Hory, IČO: 41033078, order number 3264.
