The reconstruction of apartments includes the reconstruction of the housing core, replacement of kitchen, replacement of sockets electrical, preparation of cabling for light wiring, electrical wiring with new protection, NN power cordBetween the electricity meter and the apartment, the reduction of ceilings in the housing core and the hallway, replacement of the entrance doors to the apartments, the replacement of floors and other related work.
The client assumes a total of 240 apartments over 3 years. In each year, the contracting authority assumes the reconstruction of 80 apartments.Vinohrady
