• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is construction work for the event "BUILDING RENOVATIONS OF THE MASARYKOV VEREJNÉ KNIHOVNY VSETÍN ROKYTNICE BRANCH NO. 413". The construction work addresses the modification of the layout of the existing library on the 2nd floor so that the new spaces better meet today's requirements for operation of the library and offered a wide range of additional services and spaces. The construction work is divided into three stages, the scope of construction work within the individual stages is specified in the tender and project documentation. The library is located on the 2nd floor of the existing building no. 413 in Rokytnice. The entrance is kept at the level of the 1st floor, the entrance spaces will be increased by 18 m2 with modifications. The existing travertine floor will be preserved and refurbished. The entrance narrow double door will be replaced by a new automatic sliding door, width of the passage will be expanded from the original 850 mm (the width of one opening leaf) to the new 2000 mm. A glass elevator shaft will be newly built in the area of ​​the mirror of the existing staircase, which will serve the library's visitors. Elevator control will be conditional by using a smart card / library card. On the second above-ground floor, there are newly renovated toilet areas for visitors, a toilet area for the disabled will be newly built, and changing counters will be newly set up in the men's and women's toilet areas, sanitary end elements with a height adjusted for children's visitors.
