• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the execution of building modifications on the immovable cultural monument - the ruins of the Brandýs nad Orlicí castle (register number 24480/6-4546), on building plot No. 226, district of Brandýs nad Orlicí, in the Brandýs nad Orlicí Municipal Heritage Zone. The contract follows on from the previous stages of the restoration of the castle grounds. The scope of work includes: bricklaying and masonry work - adding and surfacing the crowns of the masonry, clay cover of the crowns of the masonry with planting of grass; including the construction of the entrance to the castle cellar in the southern facade of the castle hewn oak beams, acacia railings and wrought iron bars; production and installation of strip grids for cellar windows; drainage drainage of the central area; waterproofing work according to project documentation; carpentry work - roofing of the exposed part of the castle and roofing staircase; landscape and garden improvements - topsoil, lawn, stone steps (courtyard and rooms); manufacture and installation of wooden acacia fencing; CPV subject: Construction work
