- General definition of the subject of the public contract The subject of the public contract is the realization of the building of the school club. The construction work will be carried out on the client's plot in the grounds of Leoš Janáček Elementary School and Kindergarten in Hukvaldy. It is an extension above the 2nd NP on the existing northern one wings of the building and the addition of a staircase from the ground up to the level of the superstructure on its western facade. Outbuildings will not be affected by the construction. The construction work is divided into two construction units - the extension of the staircase from the ground up to the 3rd floor and the addition of classrooms group in the 3rd floor of the north wing in the place of the original hipped roof. The staircase for access will be implemented in advance of the implementation of the superstructure so that it will already serve during construction. More in the details of the tender documentation.
