- The subject of the public contract is the replacement of all existing plastic, double-hung and original casement windows on the south side of the building (Kozinova Street) with wooden casement windows with external double-glazed windows, and in the basement partly with casement windows without inner sashes. The public contract also includes the execution of plumbing elements, repairs of internal and external slats and replacement of internal windowsills. The building is classified as an immovable cultural monument with register number 10584 in the ÚSKP. The given description of the subject of performance is only an extract from project documentation.
