• The subject of the public order is the construction of a Smart Metering system for the water supply network, using already purchased water meters, see the following table: DNType of water meter, manufacturer Number of water meters 20mmHoneywell M100i4476 25mmHoneywell M100i255 40mmHoneywell M100i58 50 mmHoneywell H4000159 80mmHoneywell H400027 100mmHoneywell H40004 The subject of performance includes in particular: • design, supply and implementation of equipment and software tools for remote data collection, • deployment and configuration of modules for counting pulses and encrypted data transfer to already installed mechanical water meters, • delivery and commissioning of communication and server infrastructure, • development, implementation and operation of SW for system and data management (including APP for Android/iOS), • ensuring system operation, maintenance and service of HW and SW for a period of min. 7 years from commissioning, including battery replacement, • ensuring user support (hotline), • ensuring secure data transfer and archiving, user interface, setting alarms, balance calculations and other functions according to the requirements of Annex No. 12 of the Subprogram Rules MZe 129 403 "Support for measures to mitigate the negative effects of drought and water shortage" The specification of the subject of performance and the minimum requirements of the contracting authority for the subject of performance (remote collection and data processing system for the water supply network) are listed in the procurement annex documentation No. 1 - Technical and operational conditions, and annex to procurement documentation No. 2 - Specifications of technical, functional, communication and security requirements.
