Description:
The subject of the public contract is the processing of project documentation for construction (PCB), including engineering activities (ID), for the overall reconstruction of the premises of the survivors of hygiene facilities for boys and girls in the 4th floor of the classroom, including related building modifications and solutions. Professions, in the building U Josefa 118, Pardubice II - Cihelna.
Part is on the boundary of the life and part is in disrepair (is excluded from operation and not used).
Operation Schools also showed that it is necessary to increase the capacity of the toilet for girls, the cleaning chambers and the toilet for boys will be reduced. Therefore, there will be disposition changes, compliance with the applicable legislation (laws, standards, decrees). PD must comply with all valid and effective implementing legislation and standards for a given type of operation (safety, hygienic, fire, etc.).
There are two schools in the building: Labska Secondary Vocational School and Secondary Vocational School Pardubice, s.r.o., IČO: 62029754 (hereinafter referred to as the "School of LHŠ") and the Secondary School of Tourism and Graphic Design, s.r.o., Ićo: 25265741 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grace" school).
In the 4th NP The classroom pavilion belongs to one hygienic background to the LHŠ school and the second sanitary facilities belong to the Grace School.
