• Description:
• The subject of the public contract is the design and implementation of water purification technology for a natural swimming pool so that water quality and other related parameters meet the requirements of generally binding legal regulations, applicable technical standards and this procurement documentation including its attachments. Part of the scope of performance is the processing of complete project documentation for the water treatment technology facility (PS 04) in accordance with the relevant legal regulations as a basis for making changes to the plan before completion, including ensuring the opinion of the public health protection authority. Furthermore, the processing of documents for the modification of the project documentation for the implementation of the construction and for the completion of the construction works in relation to the 2nd and 4th stages of the construction of the natural swimming pool, including the provision of the necessary cooperation between the client and the contractor of these design works, the implementation of related earthworks and the commissioning of the supplied water purification technology, including subsequent support during operation. The fulfillment will be divided into 4 phases. Content of individual phases, including deadlines, in in which these phases are to be implemented is specified in detail in Annexes No. 1 and 3 of the procurement documentation. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the appendices procurement documentation.
