Description:
The subject of the public contract is the implementation of the work defined in more detail in the attached project documentation, which was prepared by the company S.A.W. CONSULTING S.R.O., IČO: 28718836 and the attached construction budgets.
3.6. If there are direct or indirect references to certain suppliers or vproducts, or patents for inventions, utility models, industrial designs, trademarks or designations of origin, this is because the determination of the technical conditions cannot be sufficiently precise or comprehensible, and for each such reference the contracting authority admits the possibility of offering an equivalent solution.

3.7. The subject of the public contract will be implemented by the supplier in accordancewith generally binding legal regulations, valid ČSN and regulations regarding work safety and technical equipment. In the event that an amendment to one of the above-mentioned regulations becomes valid and effective during the performance of a public contract, or another legal regulation shall come into force and effectrelating to the subject of the performance of the public contract, the supplier is obliged to comply with these new legal regulations and instructions (procedures) during the implementation of the public contract.
3.8. The contractor is obliged to comply with the principle of "do no significant damage" in the area of the environment. The contractor is obliged to ensure and prove that it is notno less than 70% (by weight) of construction and demolition materials or waste not classified as hazardous and generated on the construction site will be prepared for reuse, recycling and other types of material utilization, including backfills where other materials are replaced by waste, in accordance withthe hierarchy of waste management methods and the EU protocol for the management of construction and demolition waste.
