Buy up to 200 pieces of low -storey trams, of which 40 binds (20 pcs in 2025 and 20 pieces in 2026)

Description of the contract: by this above -limit sectoral sectoral banks for supplies assigned in the same time with a statement according to the establishment of § 60 of the Public Procurement Including agreement for up to 200 low -storey trams. Delivery of 1st to 20th trams will be obliged in period from 1 January 2025 to 2 December 2025. Dodavka 21. to 40. Trams will be obliged in a period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Delivery 41. to 200. Trams can be implemented at any time from 1 January 2027 to the end of the duration of the Ramcova agreement on the basis of the contracting authority order, but the contracting authority is not obliged to issue and for the conditions that no more than 30 pieces of the tram.
