- The subject of this small -scale public contract (hereinafter also VZMR) is the purchase of assets necessary to ensure the training of 71. Mechanized battalion, renewal of assets in OTS systems, retrofitting, retrofitting and changing assets for TID, changing assets to ensure ACR presentation and supplementation property for az., as well as specified in the assignment of this VZMR. The delivery of the goods will be realized by the selected supplier as a whole in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in the contract, the proposal of which is an integral part of the tender conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”). By submitting the offer, the supplier confirms that it agrees with the General Terms and Conditions of the Ministry of Defense (as amended on the contracting authority's profile) and that it accepts the tender conditions. The offer of bidding is determined by the operating rules of the electronic tool
